JB Rosado is a transformational learning leader who believes training should do more than transfer knowledge, it should shape culture. As a Director of Learning & Development, she leads with both heart and strategy, building learning ecosystems that empower people while delivering measurable results. JB has overseen cross-functional teams, developed scalable training systems, and partnered closely with executive leadership to ensure learning initiatives are not only well-designed, but deeply aligned with organizational growth. Her experience spans healthcare, higher education, customer service, environmental services, and nonprofit sectors, yet her mission remains consistent: create learning that drives clarity, confidence, and performance. She transforms fragmented processes into intentional systems, ensuring that training reduces errors, increases retention, strengthens engagement, and supports long-term sustainability.
