As the founder and former Advisor of UC San Diego's LGBTQIA + Living Learning Community, I have demonstrated my commitment to creating inclusive and supportive environments for diverse student populations. My work focuses on cultivating thriving campus communities that promote equity, belonging, and personal growth.

​As the Associate Dean and Director of Residence Life at Muir College, UC San Diego,
I am dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable campus environments. I have trained my staff on equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and emotional intelligence, creating a culture of support and belonging to empower all students to succeed.​ In addition to my work in academia, I collaborate with executive leadership in healthcare and private companies, conducting workshops to guide their initiatives in building and cultivating sustainable cultures through an emotional intelligence (EQ) lens. My expertise helps organizations align their leadership practices with inclusive and transformational cultural goals.
